Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms cover the prototype software GreyTomato builds and tests, not a finished commercial product. By signing in, you agree to them.
What you're using
This is a working prototype, built for software development and testing. It is provided for private, invite-only use — not a general release — and can change, break, or be taken down without notice. Don't rely on it for anything important.
Access
Access is by invitation and requires signing in with a Google account. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for activity under it. We can suspend or revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice — most often simply because the prototype has moved on.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for the testing and feedback it's meant for. Don't try to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or to other testers' data, and don't put real production data or anyone else's personal information into it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," in active development, with no warranty of any kind — no promise it's fit for a particular purpose, error-free, secure, or available. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, GreyTomato is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this prototype, including lost data, downtime, or bugs — it's software still being tested.
Ownership
The software, its design, and its content belong to GreyTomato. Being invited to test it gives you permission to use it for that purpose — it doesn't transfer any ownership or license beyond that.
Changes
We may update these terms as the prototype evolves. If a change is material and you're an active tester, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to hello@greytomato.com. We'll sort out disputes directly, by email, before anything formal.
